My furnace stopped working in January when it was -25 I was also experiencing a personal family crisis at the time it was a very difficult time for me. Mike was recommended to me by a friend. He responded immediately, managed the situation and gave me options based on what I could do financially. He went above and beyond and was supportive and understanding. Honestly he is a very good person. Mike did a really good job for a very fair price. The city came out to do the inspection for the permit and the inspector told me that he did a very good job and everything was done very well. He made a point to tell me that he installed it very well. I avoid this kind of stuff because I don’t understand it and I’m afraid to be taken advantage of financially. I’m really grateful that I got a new furnace for a fair price and that I now have Mike as my furnace & hot water tank person.
